Our approach is to follow American Development Model (“ADM”) and the LongTerm Athlete Development (LTAD) model which at this level consists of:

• 65% Hockey Skills
• 25% Hockey Sense
• 10% Systems / Team Play

The model also consists of a 2:1 ratio of practices to games. We value equal ice times for players, off ice training and positional rotations for the players. We are looking for a group of players who plan to work hard, listen well, compete fairly, and respect the game, their teammates and their opponent. We are also looking for positive families who wish to be supportive to their player and his/her teammates
