INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Register for a new USA Hockey number
(returning players can use their Fall number for Spring.)

Get a new USAH# for the upcoming season.

Step 2: New Users create a SportsEngine account

Click Here to create a new Sports Engine account

Create a new account --OR-- log into your existing account.

Step 3: Register with Chelsea Hockey Association

Return to this registration page and proceed with the link below.  You will need the USA Hockey number that you received in Step 1.

Step 4: Submit Forms

  • Birth Certificate:  All players new to USA Hockey, must email a pic (no pdfs) of your child’s birth certificate to CHA Registrar:   Registrar@ChelseaHockey.org

  • PAY ONLINE IN FULL: Submit total CHA Registration fees online upon conclusion of the registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checking account.

REFUNDS & PRO-RATED FEES
 

  • REFUNDS & PRORATED FEES: Any request for refund, due to a player leaving a program early, or a pro-rated fee, due to a player signing up late in a program, must be submitted in writing to the CHA Board. The Board shall review all written requests for refund or pro-rated fee and notify the participant of its decision on an individual basis.
