Spring Registration Information

ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL START 2/26/10

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT DUE PRIOR TO EVALUATION SKATE

Walk-in registration at House Evaluation is not recommended as registration and payment must be completed BEFORE your child can enter the ice.

• ALL PLAYERS (TRAVEL, HOUSE, PREP)  MUST USE ONLINE REGISTRATION
• ALL PLAYERS MUST FILL OUT AND RETURN THE CONSENT TO TREAT/PARENT CONDUCT/PARTICIPANT CONDUCT FORMS
• ALL PLAYERS MUST PROVIDE A COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE FOR TEAM PLACEMENT

House Evaluation and Travel Tryout Dates are noted below.  For coach contact information please use the "CHA Programs" tab to the left. Team pages will be updated at the start of the spring season.

Please bring a copy of your players birth certificate with you to the house evaluation skate.

Players who are registered and paid in full will be placed on house teams following the draft evaulation skate. Players who are unable to attend the evaluation skate MUST be registered and paid in full and will be placed appropriately based on coaches evaluation of skill during the prior season.

Due to school breaks/vacations we understand some families may not be in town for evaluations. Please complete online registration - in the comment section note that you will be out of town.

Registrations without payment are not guaranteed team placement.

Fees will be determined once the teams have been selected.

The Girls 14U team will skate together during the spring and summer and will roster a fall team for the 2010-2011 season. Please contact the coach or manager for ice times and additional information.

All CHA members are requested to create an account on the CHA website in order to obtain additional access to information and for managers to grant permission to specific team information.

Team managers are to create an account on the CHA website, then email Peter Heath to set up a time to get orientated to the new website.
